This document is an integral part of the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND CONTRACTING. By using the TECOPAS Mobile Application (hereinafter, "the App"), as well as contracting services through it, you accept the policies contained herein. Respecting the provisions of Law 25.326 and other applicable legislation, TECOPAS LLC, residing at 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, US.
(hereinafter, "the Company"), is committed to adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures, according to the appropriate security level for the risk of the collected data.
1. Datos Personales
We inform you that by using the App and contracting the services, you acknowledge and accept that:
a) The Company will have access to certain personal data of yours, which is indispensable for the Company to provide its services. Likewise, the Company is expressly and irrevocably authorized by you to store and use your data to provide you with information, offer you services, personalize the content included on the Website and/or the App according to your preferences, conduct advertising, and/or use the data in an anonymized form. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you provide your express consent for the collection, use, and processing of your data by the Company as stipulated herein.
b) You expressly provide your free, informed, and express consent as provided by Law 25.326 for the processing of your data and for the possibility of its transfer for the provision of the contracted services, and/or for other purposes indicated herein, which may be revoked by you at any time by requesting it through the forms and means the Company makes available for such purposes.
c) You are solely and exclusively responsible for the information you provide and its truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and you will indemnify the Company, its directors, officers, and shareholders for the consequences of any third-party claims related to or arising from the provision of personal information, including but not limited to direct, indirect, immediate, and consequential damages.
d) No data processing can be completely secure and may be subject to interception and/or use by third parties. You assume this risk and acknowledge and accept that the Company cannot ensure the security of such data.
2. Correo Electrónico
Usted autoriza a la Empresa a enviarle correos electrónicos relacionados con el contenido y/o los servicios de la Aplicación o sobre su cuenta y en respuesta a sus preguntas, solicitudes, consultas o comentarios. La Empresa también puede enviarle correos electrónicos con información sobre la Empresa y/o terceros comercialmente asociados que pueden ser de su interés, aunque usted puede indicar expresamente que no desea recibir dichos correos electrónicos a través de los procesos implementados por la Empresa para este propósito.
3. Propósitos del Procesamiento de Datos Personales
Los datos personales son recolectados y gestionados por la Empresa para facilitar, agilizar y cumplir con los compromisos establecidos entre la Empresa y usted, o para mantener la relación que se establece en los formularios que completa, o para responder a una solicitud o consulta. Adicionalmente, los datos pueden ser utilizados para personalización, propósitos operativos y estadísticos, así como para actividades relacionadas con el propósito social de la Empresa, así como para la extracción de datos, almacenamiento y estudios de marketing para adaptar el contenido que se le ofrece y mejorar la calidad, funcionalidad y navegación del Sitio Web y/o la Aplicación.
4. Períodos de retención de datos personales
Los datos personales solo se conservarán por el tiempo mínimo necesario para los fines de su procesamiento y, en cualquier caso, solo por el siguiente período desde que se desactiva su cuenta: 2 años.
5. Confidencialidad y Seguridad de los Datos Personales

Since the Company cannot guarantee the invulnerability of the internet or the total absence of hackers or others who may fraudulently access personal data, the Company undertakes to notify you without undue delay if a breach of personal data security occurs, which is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals. A personal data breach is understood to be any breach that leads to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access to transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed personal data.
Personal data will be treated as confidential by the Company, which undertakes to inform and ensure, through legal or contractual obligations, that such confidentiality is respected by its employees, associates, and any person to whom it makes the information accessible.
6. Derechos derivados del procesamiento de datos personales
You may exercise the following rights:
Right of access: The right of the User to obtain confirmation of whether the Company is processing their personal data and, if so, to obtain information about their specific personal data and the processing that the Company has carried out or is carrying out, as well as, among other things, the available information about the origin of such data.

Name, surname, and a copy of your ID. In cases where representation is permitted, the representative's identification by the same means is also required, as well as the document proving the representation.
A request with the specific reasons for the request or the information you wish to access.

7. Enlaces a sitios web de terceros
